Pepper 
is often described as the “King of Spices”.  Pepper relieves arthritis, nausea, fever, migraine headaches, poor digestion, sore throat and even coma.

Cloves 
are the aromatic flower buds of a tree in the family Myrtaceae. Cloves contains essential oil which is used for relieve of teeth and gum problems, indigestion and even reduce blood sugar levels in diabetics.

Cardamon 
also called as cardamom is a spice used in ancient medical tradition to cure sore throat, teeth and gum infections, congestion, tuberculosis, stomach, kidney and lung problem and also used as an antidote for spider and snake bites.

Date 
is a common name for Phoenix dactylifera is a flowering plant species in the palm family. They are rich in protein, vitamins such as B1, B2, B3 and B5 as well as A1 and C. Not to be forgotten dates are rich in iron and cholesterol free.

Bay leaves 
truly known as Laurus nobilis are used in cooking for their distinctive flavor and fragrance. It is also a popular element in aromatherapy and herbal treatments for various skin and respiratory conditions.

Coriander 
also known as cilantro or Chinese parsley, is an annual herb in the family Apiaceae. All parts of this plant can be eaten. They are great for diabetic as they stimulate the secretion of insulin level and decrease blood sugar level and also to produce more good cholesterol (HDL).

Cumin seed 
is used in cooking for its flavor and aroma. It is good for digestive system and prevents cancer.

Fennel seed 
is brown or green in colour when fresh and dulls to grey when it gets older. The dried fennel seeds are used for cooking. It has benefiting nutrients, essential compounds, antioxidants, dietary fiber, minerals, and vitamins.

Mustard seed 
are fruit pods obtained from the mustard plant. It is health benefiting spice, and are indeed very rich in phytonutrients, minerals, vitamins, and anti-oxidants. Not forgetting, mustard seeds are high in calories as it is an oil seed.

Star anise seed 
is an herb which is used for cooking for flavor and aroma. It is used for respiratory tract infections, lung swelling (inflammation), cough, bronchitis, the flu (influenza), swine flu, and bird flu, upset stomach, gas, loss of appetite, and colic in babies. Some women use it for increasing the flow of breast milk, promoting menstruation, and easing childbirth.

Cinnamon 
is used in both sweet and savoury food. It is taken from the inner bark of a tree called Cinnamomum. It is loaded with antioxidant, has inflammatory properties, it helps to cut the risk of heart disease and it help to fight bacterial and fungal infections.

Turmeric bold
is responsible for giving curry dishes that bold yellow hue, the spice does more than just add flavor to dishes. It is also a powerful healing aid and is a natural anti-inflammatory and acts like ibuprofen, for body sore, achy, or not working at their top potential without any risk of side effects. It also helps to relief arthritis and digestion.
